LMS-D6 Architects' and Engineers' Specifications
The digital loudspeaker management system shall provide two inputs and six outputs. Operating modes shall allow the unit to function as 2 x 3 way, 1 x 6 way, 2 + 4 way or 5 + 1 way mode with mono sum available. There shall be 5 parametric sections for each output. Each output shall be able to have up to 650 mS of delay in 2.6 microsecond increments. Limiters shall be provided for each output, with control over attack, release and threshold parameters. Headroom shall be displayed for both inputs, with parameter information shown on an LCD display. A security 'lock-out' facility shall be included. Low and high pass filters shall be provided for each output, with choice of 12, 18 & 24dB / octave slopes. The digital loudspeaker management system shall meet or exceed the following specifications:- Frequency response: ± 0.5dB 20Hz - 20kHz. Dynamic range: > 110dB 20Hz- 20kHz, unweighted. Parametric filters: Total of 30 digital filter sections. Filter gain: +15dB to -30dB in 0.1 dB steps. Centre frequency: 20Hz - 20kHz in 1/36 octave steps. Filter Q: 0.4 to 128. Inputs and outputs shall be via XLR connectors and be electronically balanced as standard. The digital loudspeaker management system shall be a 1U, 19" rackmount device capable of operating from 60VAC - 240VAC 50/60Hz supply. The digital loudspeaker management system shall be the Turbosound model LMS-D6.
