About this product

2-Way 5" Full Range Ceiling Loudspeaker with Line Transformer for Installation Applications (White)

The Turbosound TCS-C50T is a 2-way 5" full-range ceiling loudspeaker with an integrated 100 V line transformer, designed for permanent install in distributed background-music and paging systems. The line transformer makes single-pair, long-run wiring viable across many zones, which is exactly what the install engineer needs in restaurants, retail, hotels, and conference suites.

Engineered for distributed install

The 5" LF/MF driver and the coincident HF tweeter deliver clean vocal intelligibility and clear music programme. The selectable 100 V tap (typical taps span low-watt for background up to high-watt for foreground) lets the system designer balance acoustic output per zone without changing amplification. Tile-rail mount and a paint-friendly white grille keep ceiling integration straightforward.

Where it fits

Use the TCS-C50T for background music and life-safety paging in hospitality, retail, office, and education installs. Pair with a 100 V mixer-amplifier and standard Cat-rated speaker wiring runs.

This model is no longer in production. Please consult Turbosound for current ceiling speaker equivalents.
