The Turbosound TMS218B is a passive dual-18" subwoofer engineered to deliver high-output, extended low frequencies for live performance and large-format installation work. Two long-excursion 18" ferrite LF transducers are mounted in a vented enclosure tuned for efficiency, headroom and a usable response well below 40 Hz when driven by an appropriately specified amplifier and processor.

Designed and engineered in the United Kingdom, the TMS218B is constructed from 18 mm birch plywood and finished in a semi-matte black paint that takes a beating gracefully. Integrated steel handles, recessed dish-style NL4 connectors and reinforced steerable castors (where fitted) make stacking and rolling between rooms a one-tech job.

The TMS218B is intended for use with the Turbosound recommended processing presets to ensure the drivers operate inside their thermal and excursion envelope. Stack two per side under a flown TMS top array, or fly groundstacked for festival-class low end where you need real displacement without needing a powered cabinet's amplifier inventory on every cart.
