About this product

Compact Dual 2 Way 4" Line Array Element for Portable and Fixed Installation Applications

The TLX43 is a passive, two-way ultra-compact line-array element from the Liverpool Series, intended as a short-throw down-fill or as the main array for installations and tour applications below 200 seats. Each cabinet houses a single 4-inch midrange driver coupled to a 1-inch exit compression driver mounted on a precision-engineered constant-directivity waveguide, producing a tightly controlled 100-degree horizontal pattern with an inter-element vertical dispersion of 15 degrees. The passive crossover network is voiced for use with Turbosound LMS or DSP-based preset files, and the cabinet presents a nominal 8-ohm load to the amplifier. Frequency response is 130 Hz to 18 kHz (-10 dB), and the unit is typically paired with a TBV or MS Series subwoofer to extend low-frequency reproduction below the system's natural cut-off. The enclosure is 12 mm Baltic birch ply with a textured polyurethane finish and a powder-coated steel grille backed by acoustic cloth. Integrated four-point captive rigging hardware allows splay angles of 0 to 10 degrees in 1-degree increments, and inter-cabinet pins lock without tools. Two top-frame M10 eye-bolt points accept the dedicated micro-flybar. Suitable for houses of worship, theatres, retail interiors and as ground-stacked side-fill. Designed and engineered in the U.K. by Turbosound.
