About this product

Arrayable 2-Way 12" Full Range Loudspeaker with Dendritic Waveguide for Installation Applications, 60° H x 40° V Dispersion

The Turbosound TCS122/64 is a 600 Watt arrayable 2-way 12" full-range loudspeaker with Dendritic Waveguide technology, engineered specifically for permanent installation applications where pattern control and predictability are the priorities.

Why pattern control matters

In fixed-install rooms the loudspeaker's job is to deliver intelligible audio to the audience plane without exciting the room itself — reflective ceilings, hard side walls, mezzanines. The /64 designation indicates a tight 60° horizontal by 40° vertical dispersion, allowing the contractor to aim energy precisely at the seats while minimising spill onto problem surfaces.

Application focus

Houses of worship, lecture theatres, conference venues, transport hubs, retail and hospitality. The TCS122/64 arrayability lets you cluster multiple boxes for wider coverage zones without comb-filtering artefacts, and the switchable passive/bi-amp mode lets the system designer choose between single-amp simplicity and full processed-system optimisation.

Engineering highlights

  • 12" LF driver with low-mass voice coil for articulate musical and speech reproduction
  • 1" dome compression driver on a Dendritic Waveguide for tight 60° H x 40° V pattern control
  • Switchable passive / bi-amp operation via rear-panel toggle
  • Birch-plywood cabinet with multiple M10 rigging points for permanent install
  • Neutrik speakON® NL4 inputs plus barrier strip

Pair with the TCS218B dual-18" sub for full-range coverage in larger fixed-install volumes.
