Compact Dual 15" Bandpass Subwoofer

The Turbosound LIVERPOOL TLX215L is a 4,000 W (peak) passive bandpass subwoofer engineered to extend the low-frequency response of the TLX series line array system. Two high-excursion 15" low-frequency drivers with proprietary inside/outside wound voice coils sit in a low-distortion bandpass enclosure tuned to reinforce the fundamental range of bass instruments without muddying the mid band.

Specifications That Matter

The TLX215L delivers a maximum continuous SPL of 137 dB peak with sensitivity of 101 dB (1 W @ 1 m), and a frequency response from 48 Hz to 150 Hz (+3 dB), extending to 40 Hz at -10 dB. Steep crossover slopes inherent in the bandpass design provide a clean acoustic handover to the companion TLX84 line array elements.

Recommended System Configuration

The reference deployment is one TLX215L per three TLX84 elements per side, suitable for medium-scale touring, corporate AV, club installs and houses of worship. Rugged plywood construction and recessed handles support repeated road use; M20 pole mount accepts standard distance bars for stacked configurations.
