About this product

Dual 12" Full Size Variable Curvature Line Array Element for Touring and Install Applications

MV212 Variable Curvature Line Array Element

The MANCHESTER MV212 is a full-size dual 12-inch, three-way passive line array element engineered for sound reinforcement in touring and fixed-install applications. Designed in conjunction with Lake DSP and Lab Gruppen amplification, it provides the FOH performance and array flexibility required for medium-to-large venues.

Transducers and Coverage

Two 12-inch neodymium cone low-frequency drivers are paired with two dual-concentric MF/HF compression drivers, producing a 100-degree horizontal by 5-degree vertical nominal pattern at -6 dB. Variable inter-cabinet splay angles allow the array to be tuned to venue geometry.

Specification Highlights

  • Configuration: 3-way passive line array element
  • Drivers: 2 x 12-inch neodymium LF, 2 x dual-concentric MF/HF
  • Power handling MHF: 380 W continuous / 1520 W peak
  • Power handling LF: 600 W continuous / 2400 W peak
  • Sensitivity: MHF 117.5 dB, LF 101 dB (1 W at 1 m)
  • Frequency response: 50 Hz to 20 kHz (plus or minus 3 dB)
  • Maximum SPL: 149 dB
  • Coverage: 100 degrees H x 5 degrees V

Designed For

Touring sound providers, large houses of worship, concert halls, and corporate event production where flown line array coverage with consistent throw and pattern control is the brief.
